How we work
What you get when you call us
We check the power first
Incoming line voltage across this county runs near the top of the legal range in places, and it quietly kills the electronics in modern variable-speed equipment. We measure it before we blame the furnace.
The price comes before the work
We diagnose, we quote, you decide. Nothing on the invoice that was not on the quote first.
Older houses get treated as older houses
Undersized returns, ductwork converted from a gravity furnace, a boiler somebody abandoned halfway. We work on what is actually there rather than what the manual assumes.
Every brand serviced
We install Carrier and Mitsubishi. We repair whatever you already own, whoever put it in.

Furnace repair, replacement and annual service. Boilers and hydronic heat too, which plenty of shops will not take on.

Filtration, humidity and fresh air for a house sealed up six months of the year.

Local questions
Working in Belgium
Do you charge extra to come out to Belgium?
No. There is no travel charge anywhere inside our service area, and Belgium is well inside it. A diagnostic fee applies to faults on existing equipment, and we tell you what it is when you book; quoting a replacement system is free.
How quickly can you get to Belgium with no heat?
No-heat calls go ahead of everything else during business hours and we can usually reach you the same day. Outside hours there is a 24-hour emergency line on (920) 564-2333. In a hard cold snap every company in the county is triaging at once, so call early.
Will you service a system you did not install?
Yes. We install Carrier and Mitsubishi, but we repair and maintain every major brand. Most of the equipment we look after was put in by somebody else.
Do you work on boilers?
Yes, and it is worth saying because a lot of contractors have stopped. Cast iron and condensing boilers, radiators, baseboard and in-floor hydronic. Hot-water heating is a heating system, which is squarely our trade.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm, on (920) 564-2333. After hours, the same number reaches our on-call technician. The shop is at 1130 Michigan Avenue, Oostburg.
Is a maintenance plan worth it for a house in Belgium?
It pays off in two ways here. A tune-up catches the cheap failures while they are still cheap, and plan customers get priority when the first hard freeze fills the schedule. Here is what the plans cover.
Need someone out to Belgium?
Tell us what the system is doing and roughly how old it is. That is usually enough for us to know what we are walking into.
