A History of Community Involvement
Community involvement has always been at the heart of our business, and it was part of the reason Carrier chose us for this campaign. One of the main ways we give back is through our Advanced Comfort Cares program. Our owners Jim Blok and Aaron Anger created AC Cares in 2022 to make it easy for their team and customers to serve our community. Through the program, our customers give several goods, including coats and nonperishable food items, to our technicians during service. We turn around and donate those to local charities, including the local Coats for Kids drive, Making Spirits Bright, and the Sheboygan County Food Bank. This program is both continuous and successful—between our customers and our own matching donations, we were recently able to collect 76 jackets and a whopping $2,000 in food items for those in need!
Our long history also played a part in our selection. Advanced Comfort has served Sheboygan and the surrounding communities since 2008. Since then, we’ve been proud to expand our business, continuing to supplement it with additional services.
